- {{PRel|Multiple Opponent skill|MO}} is not currently getting rolled into bonus pools, it doesn't look like. That's a regression, it was working a little while ago. I'll get that taken care of.<br />
- Mastery skills are the average of your top two weapons of that type. While it's not perfect, it does achieve a reasonable balance for most people. The goal isn't to approximate what the skill would be for each person, but rather to give enough mastery ranks for the benefit of the Mastery skills to be seen and felt in their intended scenarios.

I might revisit this again later, but for now it's staying where it is for the free ranks.
