{{PRel|Appraisal skill#Equipment Construction and Condition|Practically destroyed}} {{PRel|Weapons|weapons}} and {{PRel|Category:Armor|armor}} lose almost half of their stats. Stats aren't necessary to kill things with provided you have sufficient skill.. but you'd do better to get them repaired. I just tested this and confirmed it is working. Maybe half isn't severe enough?
