I've corrected this.  {{PRel|Outdoorsmanship skill|Outdoorsmanship}} has replaced {{PRel|Escaping skill|Escaping}} (which was only a minor component) and {{PRel|Scouting skill|Scouting}} ranks will properly apply again for {{PRel|Ranger}}s.<br>
