I've made a change to how skill {{PRel|Experience|absorption}} works at lower skill. {{PRel|Skillsets|Tertiary}} skills now only get the low rank bonus up to rank 25. Previously they received that bonus up to rank 100. This change does not affect Secondary or Primary absorption rates at any skill range.
