|p=A fairly significant bug between {{PRel|magic}} and the {{PRel|Paladin}} First Strike penalty has been fixed.

{{PRel|Hypnotize}} no longer counts toward first strike. Paladins can cast it without consequences to their {{PRel|soul state|soul}}, but it does not count as a first strike against the Paladin if someone else casts it on him, either.

Most other offensive, non-TM spells are now properly considered first strikes. Paladins will now risk their soul state if they open combat with 'um, but they can now smash a mage's face in without worries if they're the target.

Some spells remain a bit weird for these purposes and will be fixed as time allows. Chiefly: {{PRel|Tezirah's Veil}}, {{PRel|Nissa's Binding}} and {{PRel|Halt}} still do not count as first attacks.
