Yup.

Barely within is brand new and reaches further than either state in the old system. 100 PP to an AU for barely within.

Within should be the same distance it was in the previous system. There may be a little fudging on this, however, due to the new equations.

Well within was completely redefined and is no longer just +100 PP over spotting the object. For nearby planets you may hit well within sooner than before, but for the majority of objects it's now harder to attain.

Deep within is, of course, new and even harder than that.
