The mechanics of Risen construction and how {{PRel|Necromancer}}s trap the personality is a mystery to anyone but the Necromancers. But for what it's worth, the lack of a biological brain doesn't always stop psychic spells from working, or [[Crystal Mind]]s from achieving sentience.
