I was able to produce it with HE as well. I've found the problem, and we'll see about fixing it next.

In the log you posted, you didn't miss, the {{PRel|Asaren Celpeze|celpeze}}'s fire-resistant skin absorbed the damage. But yes, FoU's accuracy will be nowhere near fully-targeted spells, much less [[HORN]].
