More or less. The {{PRel|Prydaen}} belief is in cyclical rebirth. This is symbolized by the {{PRel|Wheel}}. You spend time in this world and upon death return to {{PRel|Tenemlor}} who will in turn send you to be reborn on this world when it is time. Unless of course you commit some very grave sin which will cut your soul free from the Wheel and then your death will be much like the {{PRel|Starry Road (plane)|Starry Road}} of total destruction that everyone else faces.
