This is because the MO calcs are very...strange. I don't know how else to put it. Without completely rewriting MO, defenses, and all the {{PRel|combat}} that centers around them (meaning most of it), there's only so much we can do with the current system. In any case, MO simply doesn't scale the same way that combat skills do, so it's always going to out-of-sync with the rest.
