No one said that there weren't plenty of reasons to want to play a {{PRel|Necromancer|necromancer}} aside from {{PRel|PvP}}. Of course there are.

The issue is that PvP is a fundamental part of being a necromancer.

Rolling a necromancer for those reasons while you dislike conflict would be like wanting to play a spellcaster who was also good with weapons and deciding to roll a [[Barbarian|barbarian]] or wanting to play a self-healing weapon master and rolling an [[Empath|empath]] (before [[Construct|construct]] hunting).

While in some convoluted way these things may be possible, in the end the most likely result is frustration.
