The "{{PRel|Choke command|choke}} a weapon" thing is not related in any way to my recent tweaks -- I found the issue and it was in something in the CHOKE verb itself, which hasn't been touched in quite some time. I am told by reliable sources that this particular bug has been around a while. It should be fixed now. It was never intended that choke be a way to swing a weapon without the normal {{PRel|Combat|combat}} modifiers involved (frankly, it never was intended to be a way to swing a weapon at all!)
