The canopic jars are single use, they are destroyed upon use and you are left holding the new object.

Player-forged has nothing to do with it. It will put a superior stat item's stats on the other item.

You will not. If you do, it's a bug, and you should ASSIST to have it undone and the information passed to me so I can investigate why.
