|p=This is a known issue. Unfortunately, the error is located deep in core magic where it's extremely easy to break things in terrible ways. As the impact of the bug is relatively minor, the fix remains a low priority.

The spell works by thwarting attempts to channel mana into patterns, which {{PRel|Category:Bard Enchantes|enchante}}s do continually. On that note, it should probably prohibit {{PRel|Infusion}} as well.
