Abandon Heart is not getting a discount because of lore primary, there is no such thing.

It would be costed exactly the same if any other guild had it.  In general cyclic spells cost 1 slot less than a normal spell would because you can only use one at a time.

The fact that it's an {{PRel|enchante}} is why it's signature to {{PRel|Bard|Bards}}, not because it's cyclic.

It's not even half, and I don't see why people have such an issue with Bard spells needing a confound (in this case their affinity for music), but no one cares that many {{PRel|Paladin}} spells require soul state to function at full power or at all, or {{PRel|Moon Mage|Moon Mages}} need Moonbeams or their prophetic connection to operate and so forth.

Also I've already stated before, we need to do a review of what spells are signature and what aren't - there's several spells I can think off of the top of my head that could easily flip, and other restrictions that could be eased.  It's going to take time to get it all right.
