The [[aegis automaton]] jewelry doesn't bond and it can be transferred between characters. There's also no limit to how many summoned aegis automatons you have out. The limitations on the aegis automaton jewelry is that they have an individual 1-hour cooldown between summoning and use charges.

Yes, non-magic characters can use the aegis automaton jewelry. It doesn't require the summoner to have magical abilities.
