Bands of color in various shades of turquoise blue stripe the long body, spiraling prehensile tail and slender limbs.  Small spurs mark the back of its rear legs, and its distinctive feet provide a secure grip when worn upon the shoulder.  It has a helmet-like ridge on top of its head and odd, protruding eyes that swivel independently of each other with the slightest of movements.
