Studying the band you think you can do the following: APPRAISE, BLESS, CLEAN, EAT, EXHALE, GLARE, HUG, KISS, PEER, PONDER, PULL, RAISE, WEAR, RUB, SHAKE, STARE, TOUCH, TRACE.
In addition, you can POINT your band at your spouse to offer to slip it on his or her finger.
NOTE: The band will bond to you if you wear it, or to your spouse if you point it at them and they accept.  Don't wear it if you don't want it to bond to you.
