Grimoak has sparkling crystal blue eyes, a small nose, and copper skin.

His golden brown hair is short and curly, and is worn in a tangled mass with a tangled wormwood crown with crooked branches twisted around absinthe emeralds stuck in apparently at random amidst the coils of hair.

He has an overgrown beard interwoven with a tangle of ka'hurst mantrap vines whose viciously serrated leaves protrude at irregular angles.

A giant black amber wasp with iridescent wings floats lazily around his head, glowing with a lustrous sheen against his skin.

He is wearing a tangled wormwood crown with crooked branches twisted around absinthe emeralds, an amber beehive surrounded by golden honey bees, a bear tooth necklace strung on a leather thong, a living cloak of brilliant yellow snapdragons nestled among lush emerald green vines, a striped leather pouch accented with amber honey bees, some earth-brown robes embroidered with trailing green vines, a bear-pelt leather mantle clasped with a jagged immola tooth, a polished bear skull, a glittering firefly faceted from a pale green svelae, a tangle of ka'hurst mantrap vines, a huge black beetle with an asymmetric pair of opposing horns, a large stag beetle with antler-like mandibles, a red bombardier beetle with black elytra, a sleek black ground beetle with white spots, a rich dusky-brown bear hide quiver decorated with large black claws about the flap, a swamp-green dergatine backpack enmeshed in tangled vines, a giant black scarab carapace streaked with fading bands of emerald green, a thick armband formed by joined segments of blackened carapace, a vine-like silver armband adorned with silk leaves, a blackened target shield displaying a metallochitin tomiek-iguji broodling, an ialalhe silver-backed bear with dark blue honeycomb opal claws, a dreamweave dire bear with sharp duskbloom sapphire claws, a stiffly coiled wormwood vine forearm wrap, some bear claw handwraps, a black bear-hide belt studded with silver-tipped teeth, a thick-sided hunter's carryall decorated with bear claws, a menacing tomiek-iguji broodling carved from cambrinth and some bear-pelt moccasins threaded with white leather laces.
