Basically, we have two types of "Highest Armor" requirements: highest skill in the armor subset, and highest worn armor. Yes, I know shields can be worn, but we're referring to full body here.

{{PRel|Title:Minion|Minion}} requires 35 ranks in the highest worn armor ({{PRel|Cloth Armor skill|Cloth}}, {{PRel|Bone Armor skill|Bone}}, {{PRel|Leather Armor skill|Leather}}, {{PRel|Light Chain skill|LC}}, {{PRel|Heavy Chain skill|HC}}, {{PRel|Light Plate skill|LP}}, {{PRel|Heavy Plate skill|HP}}).
