Sure. In the pursuit of transparency, here are some of the things that are important to us for the {{PRel|TDP}} updates (not necessarily in order of importance):

1) Players aren't getting screwed<br />
2) Casual players that can't focus on all skills can still feel competitive<br />
3) The TDP gain of a skill isn't as easy to use as a justification for the skill to remain in its current state of trainability.<br />
