Ylono is the owner of the leather repair waystation on the Road to Shard (Map 66).
Description
Ylono stares at you piteously and pulls his threadbare cloak tighter about his shoulders. The aging Elothean's bald head is smudged with dirt from the rafters above. Though he himself is a poor example of his craft, his tools and the leather he has before him are in excellent condition.
