Whistling, with guild-specific actions for Bards and Rangers.
WHISTLE

You see: You whistle a merry tune.
Others see: <Name> whistles a merry tune.

WHISTLE <self>
You see: You whistle low.
Others see: <Name> whistles low.

WHISTLE <person>
You see: You whistle at <person>.
Target sees: <Name> whistles at you.

Prydaen Syntax

WHISTLE (Prydaen)
You see: You make weird whistling noises with your lips.
Others see: <Name> warbles out an airy whistle.

WHISTLE <self> (Prydaen)
You see: You make weird whistling noises through your lips.
Others see: <Name> whistles a few low, warbling notes.

WHISTLE <person> (Prydaen)
You see: ?
Target sees: <Name> makes weird whistling noises at you.
Others see: <Name> makes weird whistling noises at <Person>.

Ranger Syntax

WHISTLE (Ranger)
You see: You whistle softly, a sound like a singing starling.
Others see: <Name> whistles a few soft, twittering notes.

WHISTLE (Ranger, hidden)
You see: You whistle softly, a sound like a singing starling.
Others see: You hear the soft whistle of a starling from somewhere nearby.

WHISTLE <self> (Ranger, no companion)
You see: You whistle to yourself, a sound not unlike a nightingale.

 WHISTLE PIERCING              Emits a piercing whistle to distract creatures in
                               the area.
 WHISTLE <PERSON1> ... <PERSON6> SIGNAL <KEYWORD>
 WHISTLE <PERSON> GROUP <KEYWORD>
            These options allow you to whistle a short keyword or message either
            to a small group of your choosing, or to members of a certain

 SYNTAX:
 WHISTLE <PERSON1> ... <PERSON9> SIGNAL <KEYWORD>
 WHISTLE <PERSON> GROUP <KEYWORD>
              These options allow you to whistle a short keyword or message either

              person's group.
