Got some raw information on the use of the item, if anyone wants to clean/glean anything. Each pulse restored exactly 5% of vitality. Maybe this can be a starting point. These are separate snippets from a log. I only figured out how to do timestamping right before it wore off. So everything here is only listed in terms of what happened at each pulse. I don't have frequency. Where it says echo, that's Genie substituting the health percentage, so the number is current vitality. In terms of pulses, I got 15 pulses from the rub. Quite a while after the pulses stopped, I got the message: Warmth suffuses your body, and you find the tension in your muscles completely dissipated.
[You're hurt, slightly off balance with opponent in excellent position.] R> rub my ring As you rub the steel ring, your muscles constrict then relax in a brief spasm. Once you are done twitching, you feel a little more vibrant and strong than you did a moment ago.
[You're bruised, badly balanced with opponent dominating.] > Your muscles contract suddenly, then relax. Oddly, you feel better.
[You're bruised, badly balanced with opponent in strong position.] Your muscles contract suddenly, then relax. Oddly, you feel better. [You're off balance with opponent in very strong position.]
> echo 100 100 > Your muscles contract suddenly, then relax. However, you are left feeling as if nothing has changed.
> echo 75 Your muscles contract suddenly, then relax. Oddly, you feel better. > 75 > echo 80
> echo 80
Your muscles contract suddenly, then relax. Oddly, you feel better. > echo 85
85 > echo 90 Your muscles contract suddenly, then relax. Oddly, you feel better. > 90 > echo 90
08:08:20 PM 83 > [repeat]: echo 08:08:22 PM 83 Your muscles contract suddenly, then relax. Oddly, you feel better. [You're hurt, off balance with opponent overwhelming you.] 08:08:22 PM 83 > [repeat]: echo 08:08:24 PM 88

Checked: rub,hug,push,pull,tap,touch,pat,wave,wash,peer,roll,kiss,smooch,turn,clean,poke,tickle,pet,close,open,exhale,shake,
