I contacted the publisher I purchased the image from for clarification on the use of the image on a 'wiki' type web site and received this response:

Our Rights and Permissions Department has developed some guidelines to assist our customers in the use of clip art. I have attached these guidelines to this message. Please note the following --

- you can use up to 10 images once on one project - you can use up to 10 images as many times as you want on one project - you can use up to 10 images 10 times or more on one project

If you use over 10 images for one project, you must ask for permission to do so. To receive further permission, please contact our Rights and Permissions Department via email at rights@doverpublications.com. Please be sure to include the titles, ISBN number, page number, image, how it will be used, etc., and they will contact you with more information.
