Wood density
Hi there, I noticed you were helping to fill out the wood density for Cedar. Thank you for helping! One observation is that the density of raw wood is different from the density of crafted items. For other woods we have been recording the density of crafted items. That is, the weight of a crafted item divided by the number of pieces before any modifications like lightening, cable-backing, or lamination. Crafting larger pieces will generally yield more accurate results. You can see on the crafting materials list that wood density should generally fall into the 3-9 range. Hope this helps, and if you have questions please reach out. - padhg (talk) 13:41, 17 May 2016 (CDT)
