re: discern mana caps

Just to save you a bit of effort, the reason you are seeing lower values than what you can cast is because DISCERN doesn't take into account Primary Magic's bonus to spell cap. E.g. discern is telling you that you can put 15 mana into clear vision if you only had 80 Augmentation. You can actually put 24 into it because your 125 ranks in Lunar Magic are providing a bonus that discern is missing in its calculation.--ABSOLON (talk) 00:42, 22 August 2014 (CDT)
