Swimming

I agree with the Faldesu. I've taken several characters over time directly from the goblin brook to the Faldesu. Remember the river flows from west to east, so the easiest swim from shore is ne/se, at an angle with the current. Once you get some ranks do n/s, which is perpendicular to the current. Later switch to nw/sw, which is at an angle against the current. Lastly, swim one room out then go west directly against the current for the hardest swim. Pretty sure I remember Teeklin saying once he trained swimming to over 600 in the Faldesu. It's tedious, but it will happen.
