Sorrow -

Lord Sorrow was born Sura Ravenblades during the later days of the Empire. He was a the son of a general or commander in the imperial military. Sura was singularly driven in his quest for power and greatness, even as a child believing he would one day to become Emperor.

During an uprising, his father was killed and he took over his command, eventually ensuring the city of Mir'Kazeril was not destroyed.

Began attacks in 359 AV during the first Theren festival. Died in 363 (Dec 24, 2000) at the Stones.

Ilithi Politics -

Ilithi is run by a Council Of Elders, originally Elven. Since the time of Corik and as it exists currently half of those seats and half of Ilithi is considered Elothean. (See Shard Histories for reference).

As with anything in politics, some of those positions on the Council are more equal the others.

The Ferdahl is the ruler of all the Elothean people, so it is generally expected that representatives from elothean primary cities and towns, and the Elothean Houses would defer to the Ferdahl and the Three when casting votes.

Elven politics is more complicated, with some of the clans more powerful and politically saavy then others. Generally Morganae involves herself only if it's in her interest or it amuses her to do so. However when she does act, I don't really picture her losing all that often.

Darkensi -

Predator Darkensi Swiftclaws first arrived on the scene assisting pirates attempting to steal Terald's artifacts during the first Theren Festival.
