History
Tsurita was born on the 29th day of the 6th month of Arhat the Fire Lion in the year of the Iron Toad, 389 years after the victory of Lanival the Redeemer.
Many years past a great Moon Mage told the Wolf Clan a Prophecy - and for those years they wandered the Realm, searching to fulfill it. In the early part of third century AV they settled down in a valley far west of The Crossings. They retained many of the skills developed through their wanderings, and some of their people continued the trials of traveling in order to take the trade of the Tribe to Markets.
Tsurita's families was one of those, and were well liked everywhere they frequented. Mother, a young exotic beauty of good nature and easy charm made friends easily and broke hearts gently. She was not known to be a light-skirt, but merely a light-hearted woman who laughed and sang and danced and enjoyed life. Still, these things happen and so it was that on a trip returning from Ilithi Tsurita's mother was found to be with child.
She refused to name the father, having already spoken to him and knowing his mind she resolved to care for the child herself. Upon return home Chieftan lectured the young woman on duty to clan and hearth, then sent her to work at the village hearth. Tsurita was born six months later.
As she aged it was obvious that her father was someone from Out-Clan, possibly even an Elf! Her Mother will not speak of it to this day, not even to Tsurita. Tsurita was raised as a village child, with everyone having a hand in her raising - Mother being kept busy earning their keep and her father an unknown entity. Still, life was no harder than any other child living in an outskirt Barbarian Village.
When she reached ten years of age she was allowed to accompany her Grandsire on the road for trade and she fell in love with traveling and seeing new things, as all young children are wont to do. The difference being that Tsurita found, knew, and explained portent and signs that occurred along the trail.
When she came of age for testing she went to the Moon Mage Guild and has not returned, extra coin that is not needed for training is sent back to her Mother to ease her life, but her focus is on her studies so that she can learn to trace the lines of fate and find her Father.
Beyond that she works hard to be certain she can be that which fate needs, whatever it may be.
