Usage Documentation
Province will be populated from the map information.
| map | <#> | Which map it's found on. |
| city | <city> / - | Which city or subregion it's found in, or "-" if not applicable. |
| downstream | <#> | The approximate minimum amount of Swimming skill needed to swim with the current at it's easiest point. |
| upstream | <#> | The approximate minimum amount of Swimming skill needed to swim against the current, at it's hardest point. |
| cap | <#> | The hard cap for learning the Swimming skill at this location. |
