Sept 2023 - As a cleric, I'm comfortably dancing with them and they are still teaching well at 188 ranks of evasion and max weapon. 45 reflex, 40 strength, 30 agility, plus benediction, pfe, mapp, mpp. PS and HH work really well at around 180 ranks in both debil and tm. A whole pack can be killed with a single cast of HH, and these swarm, so you can count on them reappearing fast.
