I think the restrictions are wrong for this area. When I do a HOME LOOK as an Elothean Empath, I get:
You look over the neighborhood and notice that this is a Human-only area.
Someone obviously tied it to the Emerald Knight stuff though, so I don't want to update without another verification. --Kythryn 04:00, 3 January 2015 (CST)
