Rollover Protections

@Trader Hi folks. A couple of updates were made to trader shops to help stop some of the rollover issues that happen at times. Three cases specifically with these updates:

1. If the value of an item someone is trying to purchase from your shop + your shop's current bank account + the current period's sales would cause an overflow (your balance goes negative), the sale is blocked. If you're online at the time, you'll be messaged about needing to transfer some funds whether you're in the shop or not.
2. DEPOSIT mechs (1) - If the amount you're trying to deposit + the amount currently in your shop's bank would cause an overflow, you're blocked from depositing more.
3. DEPOSIT mechs (2) - If the amount you're trying to deposit + the amount currently in the shop's bank + the current pay period's sales would cause an overflow, you're blocked from depositing more.

Those last two have different messaging so you gauge for yourself whether it's a 'now' or 'later' problem to sort. Including the current period's sales should help issues where the end-of-period mechs cause things to go sideways when adding the current period's sales to your bank's balance.
