24 hour RL timer

I believe the 24 hour timer is more accurately captured as "wait until after midnight CST passes". Note that is CST (Central Standard Time) and not CDT (Central Daylight Time). Since we're currently in daylight savings time, you are able to research sorcery and see the next option after 12am EDT or 11pm CDT. - padhg (talk) 14:27, 25 June 2017 (CDT)
