I think this tier list might be wrong. I've been doing it for a while and i think the tier list is:

Tier 1: red balloon Tier 2: yellow balloon Tier 3: green balloon Tier 4: blue balloon No Prize: black balloon

Although i've never hit a red or gold balloon

After selecting one of the less-worn darts, you take careful aim for a particular balloon. Ready at last, you let it fly!

...it hits a yellow balloon! Roundtime: 5 sec. R> R> The clerk nods as he tugs the dart free of the board and replaces the yellow balloon.
