What's this one?

Suraek closes his eyes and steeples his fingers, breathing almost imperceptibly slow. He then deliberately raises his foot and places the iron crate squarely on the top of his toes. Carefully, Suraek lowers his leg and then quickly kicks it back up, sending the iron crate flying straight up into the air. As the iron crate sails upwards, Suraek lowers his leg and stands perfectly still. When the iron crate falls directly in front of Suraek's face, he hammers it with his fist and sends it crashing to the ground, crumpling the iron crate into a worthless mass of metal.
