Not worth putting on the main page, but a bit of trivia. If you burgle before joining a guild, your time is set to 60 minutes. If you then join a survival primary guild (thief in this case) the timer does not change.

Means the timer is set when you perform the action, and there is no continuous check on how long it should be. I can't envision any practical way this would change anything, since you can't really manipulate guild membership without a reroll.
