Personal regeneration testing

This test was to determine if it was ever worth using BOTF to provide only yourself with mana regeneration. It looks like it is worth using for that at minimum mana. Possibly at slightly higher mana too if the cost per pulse can be reduced enough with skill.

5 mana BOTF, 14/21 room. 1.5% cost, 3.75% (+1.0%) regen. Took 90.5873323 seconds to go from 50% to 100%
5 mana BOTF, 7/21 room. 2.0% cost, 3.75% (+1.0%) regen. Took 102.2347987 seconds to go from 49% to 100%
10 mana BOTF, 14/21 room. 3.5% cost, 4.0% (+1.25%) regen. Took 102.430769 seconds to go from 49% to 100%
No BOTF. 2.75% regen. Took 114.2414127 seconds to go from 50% to 100%
10 mana BOTF, 7/21 room. 5.0% cost, 4.0% (+1.25%) regen. Took 115.385541 seconds to go from 50% to 100%
20 mana BOTF, 14/21 room. 8.5% cost, 4.5% (+1.75%) regen. Took 141.4554349 seconds to go from 51% to 100%
20 mana BOTF, 12/21 room. 9.33% cost, 4.5% (+1.75%) regen. Took 180.3097209 seconds to go from 50% to 100%
20 mana BOTF, 9/21 room. 10.75% cost, 4.5% (+1.75%) regen. Took 254.5659655 seconds to go from 50% to 100%
20 mana BOTF, 7/21 room. 11.25% cost, 4.5% (+1.75%) regen. Took 280.8598257 seconds to go from 49% to 100%

Personal cap at the time of testing for reference: The spell requires at minimum 5 mana streams and you think you can reinforce it with 17 more, for a total of 22 streams. Elemental Magic: 544 Augmentation: 511 Attunement: 399

Another user reported:

25 mana BOTF (capped) in a 21/21 mana room it took 77 seconds to go from 48 to 100%.
25 mana BOTF (capped) in a 16/21 mana room it took 81 seconds to go from 48 to 100%.
5 mana BOTF it took 85 seconds (didn't mention the room mana, but it's slower than either capped)
