Creature Levels

Celpeze with these odd stats also spawn in the Ratha hunting area with the creature level 72-78 celps. According to Zadraes in https://discord.com/channels/619301383451181075/831336521620652032/973827423588200458:

"Celpeze are one of those old, hand-set creatures that don't use our more modern standardized way of doing skills/stats. My guess is that the weird one that evaled as level 96 is actually the "base" version of the creature with no level adjustments...whether skills, stats or a combo causes it to eval to a modern level 96 creature. But when the spawners do the level adjustments...the 'base' level is 75, so the 72-74 and 76-78 versions are on the current standardized model."

This would make the Mer'kresh version along the south barricade all effectively creature level 75 if so I think?--LCAMP3 (talk) 01:35, 11 May 2022 (CDT)
