How Think To Fails

I just got an error message when trying to "think to" someone.

You are unable to make the mental contact and your thought fails to project.

Is this the only error message? What causes a "think to" to fail? Is it distance, difference in level, low mentals (all are in the 20s!), or... ? Not a clue what it could be.

Either the person you are trying to contact does not have a ring on or needs to reactivate it, is in a safe room or no gweth room (such as a vault or bank), or is dead or otherwise unable to receive thoughts (ring not on). --GAMERGIRL151 (talk) 04:09, 30 June 2016 (CDT)
