This NPC wanders the Hara'jaal Enclave. Possibly sells prayer bead supplies to the correct guild/questions?
Description
The priest's eyes are a milky blue, vacant and hollow. His shabby brown robe envelopes his boney frame. Bruises and dirt mar his pasty skin while his teeth are chipped and yellowed. He is holding a tattered prayer book and a mended set of wooden devotional beads.
