This NPC will exchange incidental loot you find during your event run for random other incidental items.
Description
The scruffy-looking Dwarf is wrapped in a concealing longcoat. Nothing about his mannerisms makes you think you could trust him for even a moment.
A scruffy-looking Dwarf bursts into a sudden flourish, opening his longcoat wide to reveal a plethora of trinkets, knick-knacks, jewelry, and more. "Pst -- hey you! I've got it all! Let's make a trade!"
