Member of the Red Wolf Gang. Set up a stand selling cupcakes that gave Fleshrot when eaten. Blew up the Empath's Guild and later the Cleric's guild with Zirof, using bombs. Used to be somewhat of a good guy, helping in a mammoth invasion once, but something happened, and Zirof would rather not talk about Raco's past.
