Was seen binding and dragging off patrons and Turialo at the Hollow Eve Festival 399. It was said he was collecting debts owed to Uwresari.

Pum grabs <Person> by her arm, twisting it at an awkward angle behind <his/her> back and pulling <him/her> off balance. As <he/she> attempts to wrestle free, Pum strikes <him/her> sharply alongside <his/her> head. <Him/Her> eyes glaze and <he/she> staggers drunkenly from the hard blow. <Him/Her> face pales and <his/her> struggles weaken as <he/she> sinks to <his/her> knees with a dazed expression. Pum snickers at <him/her> while he binds <his/her> arms and legs tightly with some binding rope.

Pum suddenly punches <Person> in the back of the head. <Person> goes limp and offers little resistance as Pum drags them away to regions unknown.

Uwresari's Exotic Blunders

He operated a counterfeit shop during Guildfest 401, spoofing Uwresari's work. Near the end of the festival, the shop was burned to the ground with the patrons trapped inside, resulting in their deaths.

Rumor has it there may have been a Necromancer shop hidden in there as well.

Appearance

You see Pum, a Gor'Tog.
Pum has a square-jawed face, deep-set steely grey eyes and a broken nose. He has dark green skin and a burly build.
He is very tall for a Gor'Tog.
He appears to be an adult.

He is holding some binding rope in his right hand.
He is wearing a serrated belt knife, a pair of stained and battered boots, some dirty patched pants, a thick leather coat covered in stains and patches, a soiled grey sleeveless tunic, a frayed canvas backpack, a heavy iron-pronged pitchfork and a wide-brimmed straw hat.
