| The numbers we've settled on aren't graven in stone. We are aware that there's likely going to be some tweaking after it hits the ground.
That said, we can already cover a few issues. It is balanced assuming Shield Usage and Evasion are near-even (the typical case for creatures). Substantial differences in effective skill (the typical case for PvP) will skew your results. For obvious reasons, taking an Evasion hit to ignore the shield of someone with 600 Evasion and 50 Shield Usage isn't such a hot idea. | |
