Happy Tuesday! This week, we're taking a stab a couple of new shields for our high level crafters to hopefully help out with armorsmithing work orders on the higher end. The deflector is based off the existing skirmisher's shield and is in the difficulty 11 tier. The bulwark is based off the existing heater shield, but requires more metal and is in the difficulty 12 tier. Thanks to Paklin for looking over things!
