Happy Tuesday, folks! This week is a small update to the DISCORD verb and how it handles Thief and Necromancer players who want to share their accomplishments with other players via the #kudos channel on the Official DragonRealms Discord server. Until now, the leveling milestone messages for reaching circles 50, 100, 150 or 200 have obscured the name + guild info of Thieves and Necros and replaced them with something more generic, even when their DISCORD PRIVACY options allowed revealing both. Thieves and Necromancers who don't mind if their characters are outed via these types of messages can use the new TOGGLE DISCORDGUILD to be treated like characters from other guilds. As reminders for those unfamiliar -- no messages are shared unless you enable them via the DISCORD PRIVACY settings. You do not need to be in the Discord server to use these! Thieves and Necromancers must opt in to this new option, so those who wish to remain secretive can do so as the default. All settings are character-specific, not account wide! In time, we may share more accomplishments via the #kudos channel where this update will apply! For now, if you notice anything off with the new settings, let us know! Also -- some of the messaging was revised in the DISCORD PRIVACY settings to be less confusing for everyone! Thanks to Paklin for the QC of this update! This is live everywhere!
