Happy Tuesday, Adventurers! This week I bring you updates to the SPELL verb to offer a new, column-formatted output for folks (like me!) who digest info differently. This was a project that I started looking into back around 2015-2016 before my break and was recently reminded of. There's a few angles to this one! Typing SPELL hasn't changed -- the default output is still there. BUT, you can now use SPELL ALTERNATE to see the new column-formatted option and the additional info it provides. Additionally, for those who want that new style to be their default, the TOGGLE verb has a new SPELLBOOK option to let you do just that! If you enable that toggle, then SPELL ALTERNATE will show you the old linear format. The SPELL verb also gained a HELP option for quick syntax viewing, and TOGGLE's usage info was reformatted.
