Howdy folks.

Generally speaking non-pay festivals have Tier 3 and 4 items (top off at capped steel quality).

Pay festivals have a mix of Tier 4 and 5, with the occasional Tier 6 popping up (damite/glaes to tyrium quality).

Auctions generally have Tier 5, 6, 7 and 8 things flying around... so yeah, lots of fun :)

The distinction is that festival goods tend to all be around 5 density. A good forger can often eek out a bit better performance via good weighting and enhancements. Festival stuff also tends to have scripts and decent looks to it... so there is kind of a market for each. Just have to go with what works best for you!
